Chasing Me is designed for women 45 and older and all fitness levels, who choses to take part in regular exercises no matter what your fitness level may be. With us we can share different methods to learn new and existing methods to eat better and feel better from the inside out! Throughout my entire life I had to motivate myself to exercise, though tough I still managed to maintain a somewhat healthy lifestyle. That is why Chasing Me was created to assist in those tough times, so you don't have be alone. We are an empowerment for all women!!
